My name is Krissy.
Having worked in the mental health field since 2015, I have a wide array of professional experience, from working in community mental health to supporting spouses and partners of those living with Alzheimer's disease. Throughout my work, I have seen how important relationship wellness is, and I feel passionate about supporting couples and individuals on their paths from a relational perspective. Read more about my therapeutic approach here or my areas of specialty here. I'm honored to be serving Oregon residents and doing education outreach worldwide.
To find out more about my therapeutic perspective, feel free to visit my Instagram page @krissymulpetertherapy or by clicking here where I write about relational life. Please see the policy & disclaimer in the highlights.
In my free time I enjoy writing, walking/hiking, cooking, dancing, spiritual & creative exploration, and connecting with loved ones including my partner and our much-loved cat.
