Krissy is a dedicated relationship therapist, committed to helping you uncover connection in your life and relationships. Krissy uses a Relational Life Therapy perspective to facilitate a process of both individual and relational healing. Whether you have recently experienced a major rupture or just know things could be better, Krissy individualizes the therapeutic process to fit your goals. Krissy believes that with the proper skills and support, relational healing is possible.
After completing her graduate education at the University of Oregon, Krissy has pursued additional training in Relational Life Therapy, which has guided her both personally and professionally.
Krissy believes that everyone deserves the skills to experience the fulfilling relationships they desire, and enjoys providing a space for her clients to heal, connect, and grow together.
